Types of heads for Colgate electric toothbrushes
There are two ways to remove plaque from teeth: either by cleaning it off mechanically or by “breaking it” using vibrations. Therefore, Colgate electric brushes come in two types: with a rotating or vibrating head.
Devices with a rotating head have two types of bristles. The first type is stationary bristles; they serve to clean off easily removable surface plaque.
